Our Mission:
Answering God's Call to Serve the Food-Insecure

Feeding the hungry is not just a kind gesture. It's a sacred duty woven into the heartbeat of the Gospel.

In Matthew 25:35-40, Jesus makes it clear:

"For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger, and you invited me in... Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

When we provide food to those in need, we are serving Christ Himself. This is the heartbeat of Refill the Pantry. It's more than a program; it's a movement of faith, compassion, and an opportunity to embody Christ's love through tangible acts of service.

Hunger is neither distant nor abstract. It's next to us, affecting our neighbors, and weighing on the hearts of parents unsure of how they will provide for their children. Awareness is not enough. Scripture compels us to act.

James 2:15-17 warns us:

"Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, 'Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,' but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead."

Faith must be lived out. Refill the Pantry is a calling that asks us to rise beyond good intentions and hopeful prayers. It enables us to become the hands and feet of Jesus to neighbors in need. Generosity does not go unnoticed. Proverbs 22:9 assures:

"The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor."

Refill the Pantry does more than stock shelves and fill empty stomachs. It's work restores hope, fosters dignity, nourishes souls, strengthens communities, and reflects God's boundless love.

Let us not simply acknowledge the need. Let’s answer the call with faith, compassion, and unwavering commitment.

Together, we can make an eternal difference today.
